As part of its commitment to strengthening partnerships for educational growth, the Excel Education Initiative Dukku (E.E.I.D) embarked on a series of familiarization visits to key stakeholders in December 2024.
Visit to the Education Secretary
On 24th December 2024, members of the Initiative met with Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad, the Education Secretary of Dukku Local Government, and his cabinet to discuss strategies for improving the quality of education within the area.
Visit to the Emir of Dukku
The delegation also paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness, Alhaji Haruna Kadir Rasheed (CON), the Emir of Dukku, to brief him on the activities and impact of the Excel Education Initiative.
The Emir commended the efforts of the team and expressed his support for the ongoing educational programs.
These visits mark an important step in fostering collaboration between educational authorities, traditional institutions, and the Excel Education Initiative for the advancement of education in Dukku.
